Leslie Raffini M.D., M.S.C.E. received her MD from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore MD, and her fellowship in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
She is currently a Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Hematology at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She is the medical director of the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Center at CHOP. Her clinical research has focused on pediatric thrombosis, including epidemiology, thromboprophylaxis, cardiac patients, thrombolysis and post-thrombotic syndrome.
