Sandra Konrath, MSc, is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), Hamburg, Germany.
She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry in Halle (Saale), Germany, in 2017. After working as a technical assistant for 2 years, she started her PhD in the laboratory of Thomas Renné, with the plasma contact system as her research focus. Since 2022, she has been a member of the German Society for Thrombosis and Hemostasis Research (GTH), received the GTH Rudolf Marx Research Fellowship in the same year, and was awarded with the GTH Early Career Research Grant in February 2023.
