    I am Noppacharn Uaprasert, MD, an Associate Professor of Medicine and Hematology at the Division of Hematology, Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. With a research focus on thrombosis and hemostasis, I have made significant contributions in the areas of thalassemia and hemoglobinopathies, immune thrombocytopenia (including heparin-induced thrombocytopenia and vaccine-induced immune thrombocytopenia), and thrombosis and hemostasis alterations in COVID-19 and vaccines. Through my research, I aim to advance our understanding of these conditions and develop better approaches for their diagnosis, treatment, and prevention.
