Dr Johnny Mahlangu, MBBCH, MMed, FCPath, is a Professor in Haematology at the University of the Witwatersrand and National Health Laboratory Service in Johannesburg, South Africa. Professor Mahlangu received his undergraduate science and medical training at the University of the Witwatersrand. This was followed by specialization in haematology and subspecialization in clinical haematology through the national Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. His current research interests are basic and clinical research in bleeding disorders.
