Daniyya Chaudhry is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Medical Science at the University of Calgary. Her research focuses on a Thrombelastography appraoch to investigating post-operative venous thromboembolic complications after total joint arthroplasty. Through her research, Daniyya aims to contribute to the development of better strategies for preventing venous thromboembolic complications by informing thromboprophylaxis guidelines in patients undergoing total joint arthroplasty surgeries.
