Sheng-Chieh Chou is from Taiwan. He graduated from Tzu-Chi University as medical doctor and completed trained as physician and hematologist in National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH). He currently leads the hemophilia center of NTUH and also is a lecturer of hematology in National Taiwan University. His specialities are thrombosis, and bleeding disorders.
