My name is Christopher Mansi I am a PhD student working in Dr. Timothy Stalker's lab in Cardeza foundation for hematologic research at Thomas Jefferson University. My current research is focused on the contribution of the intrinsic and extrinsic tenase on the structure and stability of hemostatic plugs in large vessels during the post hemostatic period. I am also interested in the impact of a dual antithrombotic therapy on the formation of hemostatic plugs. I use multiple forms of advances microscopy techniques including multiphoton and intravital spinning disc confocal microscopy to explore theses underlying mechanisms.
