Sandrine Juillard is a MSc student in Dre Mélanie Dieudé’s laboratory at the CHUM Research Center (CRCHUM) in Montréal. She completed her bachelor’s degree before enrolling in the master program of Microbiology and Immunology in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montréal (UdeM), Québec. Her research focuses on autoimmunity induced by vascular injury derived exosomes in normal repertoire and in the context of systemic lupus erythematosus. She is a trainee of the Canadian Donation and Transplantation Research Program (CDTRP) as well as an associate member of the Canadian Rheumatology Association (CRA). She is part of Projet Laurent, a one-health interdisciplinary project in which patient partners and health professionals ally to enable immunosuppressed patients to safely own pets. She is also on the board of the student association of the department of Microbiology, Infectiology and Immunology of the Faculty of Medicine at the UdeM (AGEMIIUM) and part of the institutional animal care committee (CIPA) of the CRCHUM.
