My name is Ivan PEYRON, PhD, and I currently work as a post-doctoral fellow at INSERM U1176, which is directed by Dr. Cécile DENIS. I completed my PhD in 2014 under the direction of Dr. Sébastien LACROIX-DESMAZES at INSERM U1138, Paris, France. My PhD-work was related to the role of the pro-inflammatory environment on the immunogenicity of therapeutic factor VIII (FVIII). After completing my PhD, I joined the group of Pr. Jan VOORBERG at Sanquin, Amsterdam, the Netherlands. During this period, I studied the presentation of FVIII-derived peptides by dendritic cells using a mass-spectrometry based approach. In 2018, I returned to France, joining the group of Cécile DENIS. In her laboratory, my focus is on the development of nanobody-based therapeutic and diagnostic tools that are related to the field of haemostasis.
