Ilaria Cutica is a psychologist and psychotherapist. She has a Ph.D in Cognitive Science from the University of Turin, Italy. She is currently a Professor in General Psychology at the University of Milan (Department of Oncology and Hemato-Oncology), Italy, where she teaches courses of Cognitive Psychology and Clinical Psychology. She is President of the Master Programme in Cognitive Science and Decisional Processes at the University of Milan, Italy. She is member of the Inter-University Ph.D Program in System Medicine, University of Milan, Italy.
Her research interests include topics related psychological aspects of decision-making in uncertain situations; communication in medical settings; patients’ empowerment; risk perception in health decisions; psychological implications of genetic risks..
