Mr. Shaun Eric Lopez, MSc (Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practice) (Distinction), is a senior clinical pharmacist in the ambulatory care service in Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH), a tertiary hospital in Singapore. Shaun is a credentialed transdisciplinary clinical diabetes educator, and the lead in smoking cessation service. He also specialises in risk factor as well as anticoagulation management. As a clinician who believes in delivering better care, better experience, and better value through innovation, he led the teleconsultation service in clinical pharmacy services for smoking cessation and anticoagulation through remote monitoring. His anticoagulation team was awarded the National Healthcare Group (NHG) Excellence in Action (EIAA) award for outstanding contributions in managing patients on warfarin in TTSH/NHG.
