    Dr Akira Matsumoto is currently a PhD trainee at Department of Hematology, Gunma university Graduate School of Medicine in Japan, and studing Human Genetics under Professor Naomichi Matsumoto at Yokohama City University Graduate School of Medicne in Japan. He holds Board Certified Doctor of the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine.
    His subspecialty is hematology and thrombosis and hemostasis.
    He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Gunma University School of Medicine in 2016. He started his career as a junior and senior resident at Gunma University Hospital and its affiliated hospitals from April 2016 to March 2023.
