Dr Samuel Sherng Young Wang Bmed, MD, PDipMDPath, Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Department of Haematology, Singapore

Dr Samuel Wang is currently a medical officer working at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, he has a keen interest in clinical medicine and translational research. He graduated from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Even during his undergrauate years he had a strong interest in pursing reseach as a long term career. As a medical officer he has managed to balance his busy clinical work whilst also pursuing clinical/translational clinical research.

In July 2023, he will be begining his Internal Medicine residency at the Singapore General Hospital where he eventually hopes to specialize in Haematology. He hopes that he will be able to marry his love for clinical work and for trasnlational reseach during and beyond his resiency years. After specializing in Haematology he hopes to pursue a PhD as part of developing his research career.
