After a Master Degree in Gentics and physiology, I integrated a neurophysiology lab for my PhD and my work was interested in the analgesic effects of HDAC inhibitors or riluzole on oxaliplatin-induced neuropathy in mice. After being graduated, i worked on novel analgesic peptide in inflammation based-mouse model and on new molecules in a rat model of diabetic-induced neuropathy. I then needed new challenges and I integrated the team of A. Lebreton as research ingeneer. My work is focused on coagulation and mainly on hemophilia A.
PB1142 - A rapid centrifugation 4000 g, 4 min does not impact routine coagulation assays.
