Michael Recht MD, PhD, MBA is the Chief Medical and Scientific Officer of the National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF). As NHF's CMSO, Dr. Recht works at the strategic and policy level to inform the scientific direction of the organization. Dr. Recht works across NHF's organization to define, develop, and implement NHF's science and research strategy. In addition, Dr. Recht is a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Yale Center for Bleeding and Clotting Disorders at Yale University School of Medicine. There, he sees infants, children, adolescents and young adults with inherited bleeding disorders.
