Dr. Drelich is currently the Associate Director for Global Medical Affairs in the Hematology Therapeutic Area for CSL Behring. He has been in this role for approximately one year. Prior to this he had been involved in clinical care as well as an educated for 13 years. The last 10 of those he served as the director of the federally designated Cardeza Foundation Hemophilia Treatment Center in Philadelphia, PA in the United States. During that time, he was a member of the Regional Executive Committee for the National Hemophilia Program Coordinating Centers for region 3 for 5 years. He also served as lecturer and course coordinator for the non-malignant hematology curriculum for the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, also in Philadelphia as well as the course director for the Hemostasis and Thrombosis Rotation for the fellowship program. Historical research interests including participating in trials of longer acting factor products for Hemophilia, outcome measures in surgeries in persons with bleeding disorders, and non-factor therapies in hemophilia. More recently he has been involved in clinical research in gene therapy for hemophilia.
