Dr. Damon Houghton is Consultant and Associate Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases, Division of Vascular Medicine, and Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Hematology. He obtained his MD from the University of North Carolina (UNC) Chapel Hill, completed Internal Medicine residency at the University of Vermont, and a Hematology fellowship at UNC Chapel Hill. During this time he also obtained a Master’s of Science in Clinical Research after which he completed an additional Vascular Medicine fellowship at Mayo Clinic.
