My name is Arijit Biswas. Iam a staff research scientist and research group leader at the Institute of Experimental Hematologz an Transfusion Medicine, Universitz Hospital of Bonn, Bonn, Germany. I currently leade a team of three Phd sudents and one Postdoctoral fellow. I have been working for more than a decade in the field of hemostasis and thrombosis. While my thesis involved genetico-epidemiological profiling of proteins involved in thrombosis, my current work deals with structure functional aspects of various coagulation factors especially Factor XIII.
