Aaron S. Wilson, PharmD, is a clinical research fellow with the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. His interests include anticoagulation therapies, biomedical informatics, and patient outcomes research. Through innovative research, he aims to support the appropriate use of technology in healthcare for the improvement of patient experiences, outcomes, and quality of life. Previous research performed by Dr. Wilson include comparisons of patient outcomes resulting from the use of various warfarin dosing algorithms, describing potential drug-drug related interactions associated with anticoagulant medications, and investigating the use of informatics-based tools to improve hospital workflows and patient safety. His hobbies include woodworking, exploring new cultures, and discovering local eateries throughout his travels.
