My name is Anna K Tobiasch (neé Brandtner), I am a PhD Student at Innsbruck Medical University and my main focus is on acquired coagulation disorders in critically ill patients. I studied in Innsbruck, Munich (Technical University Munich) and at the University of Alberta before starting my PhD back in Innsbruck. I am a registered biomedical Scientist with a strong background in the wet lab, but I am most fascinated by interactions of the coagulation system with other body systems and like to incorporate a translational focus into my work.
