Dr Oleshko graduated from Novosibirsk State University in 2011 with a Diploma in Medicine with honors. Following this, she completed a medical residency in Traumatology and Orthopedics, which led to her becoming a Physician in the Municipal Outpatients Clinic. Since then, Dr Oleshko has held various teaching roles in the Department of Surgical Diseases and the Department of Fundamental Medicine, both at Novosibirsk State National Research University.
Currently, Dr Oleshko is a Research Assistant within the Department of Hematology, Hemostasis, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation at Hannover Medical School. She is also finalizing her PhD in Molecular Medicine at the Hannover Biomedical Research School. In addition, Dr Oleshko has completed a number of internships, the most recently being a short-term scholar within the Division of Hematology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, USA.
Dr Oleshko’s research projects focused on studying FVIII-containing immune complexes in congenital and acquired hemophilia A were supported by GTH Early Career Research Grant 2021 (Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis Research (GTH e.V.)) as well as CSL Behring - Prof. Heimburger Award 2023.
