I’m Li-Fu Chen, a master's student from National Taiwan University, Department of Clinical Laboratory Sciences and Medical Biotechnology. The main study topics are related to blood coagulation and immune cells, specifically type A hemophilia research.
In college, apply through the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) project to study gene therapies for type B hemophilia, and participated in the Taiwan Society of Thrombosis and Hemostasis (TSTH) 2021 congress as a speaker.
The main research now is to transplant hemophilia A patients PBMCs into new type immunodeficient mice to reproduce patients B cells and represent neutralizing antibodies for immune tolerance induction therapy (ITI) testing.
