Irina Portier, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Utah in the lab of Drs. Rondina and Campbell. She currently investigates the role of the mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway on platelets in different disease settings, such as malaria and aging. Dr. Portier is currently a postdoctoral fellow with the American Heart Association.
