Alex Ramos is a PhD student at Hospital Clinic de Barcelona (Spain) with 7 years’ experience as technician in molecular biology ,working with NGS technology, and in an analytic laboratory related with hematology, haemostasis and biochemistry.
As Alex Ramos was Interested in research, in 2021 finished his pharmacy degree in the Barcelona University and started his thesis project within the Barcelona Endothelium Team. His project is focused in the knowledge of endothelial damage and complement dysregulation role in preeclampsia, a pregnant complication with a elevate morbi-mortality for both fetuses and mothers.
His passion for science and his committment with research is part of his identity.
