Marieke Verhagen is a PhD student at the department of Hematology and laboratory of Hematology of the Radboud university medical center and Hemophilia Treatment Center Nijmegen-Eindhoven-Maastricht. Currently, she is working on the sixth Hemophilia in the Netherlands study (HiN6-study). With her projects she focusses on thrombin and plasmin generation to investigate better diagnostic tools to comprehend the bleeding phenotype of hemophilia patients. Furthermore, she investigates low-titer inhibitors in patients with hemophilia.
