Dr. Li (Amily) Guo MD PhD, is an Associate Member at Bloodworks Research Institute and an Assistant Proferssor at the Hematology Division, University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Guo received her medical education in hematology at the Shandong Universit in China and her PhD at the University of Toronto in Canada. The presenting co-author Dr. Reheman (Raymond) Adili MD, is an Associate Member at Bloodworks Research Institute in Seattle. Dr. Adili received his medical education and residency training in cardiovascular surgery and his research training in platelet biology and thrombosis at the University of Toronto. Dr. Adili is a recipient of the American Heart Association 2018 Karl Link Early Career Investigator Award in Thrombosis and the 2020 Bo Schembechler Heart of a Champion Award from the University of Michigan. Our current research is focusing on the actin cytoskeleton of platelets during thrombosis.
