    I am a pharmacist passionate about thrombosis, anticoagulation and supporting patients to make the most out of their medicines to achieve their health goals and live the lives they want to live. I also have a passion for clinical and translational research.

    Research to date has investigated modifiable risk factors for non-adherence to long-term anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics of anticoagulation in extremes of body weight and in renal impairment.
