Dr Alexandre Guy (MD PhD) is currently assistant in the Hematology Laboratory of the Bordeaux University Hospital (France), with a clinical activity focused on patients with unexplained thrombosis. He also has a research activity in the INSERM 1034 Unit, in the team of Professor ChloƩ James specialized in the study of thrombosis, with a particular interest in the myeloproliferative neoplasms-associated thrombosis.
His research is particularly focused on the role of neutrophils and neutrophils extracellular traps in the pathophysiology of thrombosis.
