    I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences from University of Valencia and with a master's degree in Biomedical Biotechnology from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. I recently defended my Doctoral Thesis, entitled "Novel diagnostic and prognostic methods for cancer and cancer-associated thrombosis", under the supervision of Dr. Pilar Medina Badenes and Dr. Silvia Navarro Rosales in the Haemostasis, Thrombosis, Arteriosclerosis and Vascular Biology Research Group of the Medical Research Institute Hospital La Fe, in Valencia, Spain.

    Since September 2015, I have been working in different research projects mainly focused on cancer, thrombosis and immunothrombosis and the identification of new non-invasive or minimally invasive biomarkers for several diseases. During this period she also worked in the EU project Compact biophotonic platform for drug allergy diagnosis (COBIOPHAD) in which I purified immunoglobulins from serum of beta-lactam allergic patients and developed a patented diagnostic device and I have recently joined to EU COST Action CA20117. Also, I have been awared with a predoctoral fellowship in a competitive call from the Spanish Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
